ird_voices posted a photo: IRD Ukraine Country Director Oksana Mikitenko attended the reception. She managed one of IRD’s flagship HIV/AIDS projects–Reducing the Stigma and Discrimination Associated with HIV and AIDS (RSAD)–which was implemented in Ukraine from 2004-2008 with funding from USAID. Mikitenko will answer questions about RSAD during a poster presentation at the International AIDS Conference 2012 on Thursday, July 26 from 12:30-2:30pm.
