On Wednesday, February 15, IRD hosted, with the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia, a panel discussion on the importance of sustained international civilian engagement in Afghanistan. The discussion, "Afghanistan: Moving Forward," touched on lessons learned from current and past development programs, as well as priorities for the years ahead.
