More than thirteen IRD programs were represented. The prizes included a Flipcam to the first place winner and iPod Shuffles to the three finalists. Maggie Mzumara from IRD’s Zimbabwe office was last year's Grand Prize winner. The other three finalists were Ligaya Diaz, IRD Liberia; Ellen Vonleh, IRD Liberia; and Ita Perwina, IRD Papua, Indonesia . All Finalist’s (top 12) entries are posted on IRD’s Flickr page at www.flickr.com/photos/ird_voices
